Jackson Triggs Pinot Grigio is produced in Canada, primarily within the Niagara Peninsula of Ontario. Founded in 1993 by Allan Jackson and Don Triggs, the winery has grown into one of the country's most recognized and awarded wine brands. The winemaking team is dedicated to a philosophy of craftsmanship and tradition, aiming to harvest grapes at peak ripeness to create approachable wines that express a 'new world' spirit.
Wine Description
This wine pours a pale lemon colour and offers a vibrant sensory profile. The nose features zesty aromas of lime, green apple, and pear, often accompanied by delicate floral notes and hints of cantaloupe or ginger. On the palate, it is light to medium bodied with a crisp, refreshing acidity that highlights flavours of bright citrus and tropical fruit. This extra dry wine concludes with a clean, brisk finish and typically possesses an ABV ranging from 12% to 12.5%.
