Tasting Notes
Mermaid Spiced Rum opens with inviting aromas of sweet vanilla, warming cassia bark, and subtle citrus zest. On the palate, smooth caramel tones are balanced by lively spice and a whisper of salty sea air from the coastal botanicals. The finish is long and warming, with lingering hints of honeyed sweetness and gentle spice, making it an excellent choice for sipping or mixing in classic rum cocktails like a Dark ‘n’ Stormy or Spiced Rum Punch.
