Jin Jiji India Dry Gin distilled in a copper pot, with botanicals indigenous to the region, a solid juniper backbone keeps this gin refreshingly dry. Built around a heart of wild, foraged Juniper from the Himalayas, this “India Dry Jin” also features Juniper from Macedonia, the fragrant leaf Tulsi, Coriander Seed, Black Tea, Angelica Root, Orris Root, Chamomile, and Cashew Nut - a distinctly silky mouthfeel to a gin that is distinct but versatile enough for a wide variety of cocktails.
Jaisalmer Indian Craft Gin Of the 11 botanicals used in the distillation, 7 have been sourced from all four corners of India. The Coriander and Vetiver, a complex spice with intriguing peppery notes, are grown in the fields around Jaisalmer in Northern India. The sweet orange peel, comes from Central India. Cubeb Berries and Lemon Grass from Southern India, Darjeeling Green Tea leaves from Eastern India and Lemon Peel from Western India. Other botanicals include angelica roots, liquorice and caraway seeds lending a spicy, slightly anise-tinged flavour to the gin.
Hapusa Himalayan Dry Gin with juniper from the Himalayas and the rest of the botanicals (turmeric, mango, ginger, cardamom, coriander seeds, gondhoraj limes and almonds) plucked from within the country, Hapusa is not just representative of its home but of its people: these are the ingredients you’ll find in every kitchen, spice cupboard staples that form the meals around which life and laughter is shared.
