Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly do the Ice Cool NEAFS pouches taste like?
Ice Cool delivers a highly refreshing, dual-layered mint experience. You will instantly taste the sharp, clean notes of natural peppermint, perfectly balanced by a freezing, powerful blast of icy menthol for a deeply satisfying, long-lasting flavour profile.
Are NEAFS nicotine pouches completely tobacco-free?
Yes, absolutely. All NEAFS nicotine pouches are 100% tobacco-free. They utilize high-quality, plant-based ingredients combined with extracted nicotine to provide a remarkably clean, smoke-free, and ash-free alternative to traditional tobacco products.
How long does a single NEAFS Ice Cool pouch last?
Each slim pouch is expertly designed to provide a steady, consistent release of both crisp flavour and nicotine for up to 45 minutes. The perfectly calibrated moisture level ensures you feel the refreshing effects quickly without the pouch drying out too soon.
Why do I feel a tingling sensation when I use the pouch?
The light tingling sensation you experience during the first few minutes of use is completely normal and expected. It is simply a physical indicator that the nicotine and the cooling icy flavourings are being actively released and absorbed safely through your gum.
Where is the best place to store my NEAFS pouches?
To maintain their optimal moisture level and ensure the vibrant menthol flavour remains as fresh and punchy as possible, you should always keep the pouches securely sealed inside their original tub. Storing the tub in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight will perfectly preserve their premium quality.
