Holy Kakow Cafe Organic Coconut Syrup is a 750 ml vegan, gluten-free coffee syrup made with Colombian organic sugar and real coconut extracts for rich, authentic flavor.
Made in small batches in Sisters, Oregon, this syrup is crafted for specialty coffee drinks, cocktails, and creative desserts. It combines hand-selected Colombian sugar with natural coconut extracts, Himalayan salt, and organic citric acid to preserve brightness and depth. The result is a full-bodied, long-lasting coconut profile that stands up to espresso, steamed milk, and mixed beverages without tasting artificial or overly sweet.
How does this syrup improve my daily latte?
This coconut syrup adds a true coconut aroma and a rounded sweetness that complements espresso's bitterness and milk’s creaminess. Because the formula uses rich Colombian sugar and natural extracts, the flavor lingers and blends smoothly without separating or becoming cloying.
- Enhances espresso with natural coconut notes and a balanced sweetness
- Stays consistent when mixed with steamed milk or milk alternatives
- Small-batch production ensures flavor consistency across bottles
Can I use it outside of coffee drinks?
Yes — this syrup is versatile for cocktails, milkshakes, baked goods, and even as a topping for yogurt or ice cream. Its concentrated coconut flavor works well as a flavoring agent where a stable, natural-sweet profile is preferred.
- Mixes easily into cold or hot beverages, including cocktails and mocktails
- Adds coconut depth to smoothies, shakes, and dessert sauces
- Suitable for drizzle or folding into batters for baked treats
What ingredients make the flavor stand out?
The recipe focuses on real-food extracts, Colombian organic sugar, and a hint of Himalayan salt to enhance complexity. Organic citric acid from lemons helps maintain freshness without masking natural coconut character, yielding a clean finish.
- Natural coconut extracts for authentic aroma and taste
- Colombian organic sugar with molasses-rich depth
- Himalayan salt and organic citric acid to balance and preserve flavor
How should I store and use the 750 ml bottle for best results?
Store unopened bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and refrigerate after opening if you prefer extra freshness. Pour, pump, or measure into drinks and recipes — the 750 ml size is designed for cafes, home baristas, and anyone who enjoys frequent flavor experiments.
- Keep sealed and stored at room temperature until opened
- Refrigerate after opening for extended freshness (optional)
- Large 750 ml volume is ideal for regular use in cafés or at home
