Winter Blend is H.K. Young’s seasonal crescendo - a bold, toasted-barrel bourbon that bristles with heat and oak. After six years of aging, this high-rye bourbon is finished in three distinct toasted barrels to layer flavor: heavy toast American oak, spice toast char-#1 oak, and medium toast hybrid American/French oak. At 115.6 proof, it roars from the glass with aromas of cooked cherries, cinnamon candies, and rich, toasted nuts. Palate delivers notes of burnt caramel, roasted pecans, sweet oak, and warming baking spices. The finish lingers with tobacco, maple syrup, and a hint of clove—the kind of winter bourbon you feel in your bones and remember long after the last drop.
