Process & Profile
High West Mountain Gin 750mL is a small-batch American gin from High West Distillery in Park City, Utah. Crafted with aromatic botanicals and distilled from grain, this gin is designed to capture a bright alpine profile while still offering enough structure for classic gin cocktails.
The flavor profile is crisp, botanical, and mountain-inspired, with notes of citrus zest, juniper, coriander, wild thyme, pine needles, lemon pepper, orange, mint, and subtle spice. It balances fresh citrus and herbal character with a smooth, clean finish, making it versatile for Martinis, Gin & Tonics, Negronis, Tom Collins, and simple citrus-forward cocktails.
Bottled at 45% ABV, High West Mountain Gin has the proof and botanical intensity to stand up in mixed drinks while remaining polished enough to enjoy chilled or over ice. It is a strong choice for gin drinkers who enjoy a modern American style with bright citrus, alpine herbs, and classic juniper structure.
