Tasting notes: Honeysuckle, jasmine, bergamot, pomelo, apple and candy
This washed Geisha comes from Bambito Estate near Volcán in Panama’s Chiriquí Province. Priscilla Amar de González and her family cultivate the coffee at 1,600–1,800 metres in volcanic soil and a cool mountain climate that slows cherry maturation.
The washed process emphasizes the variety’s floral and citrus clarity. Hatch describes honeysuckle and pomelo in the aroma, followed by jasmine, bergamot, apple and candy-like sweetness in the cup. Harvest: 2026.
Bambito Estate is associated with Priscilla Amar de González and her family’s work in the Chiriquí highlands. This is a washed Geisha selection, with the cultivar and processing kept distinct from the experimental TNT Lab lots sourced from other Bambito-area producers.
