Half Hitch Dry Gin is a small-batch gin distinguished by its use of tinctures, which give it a distinctive color and taste — lifting, aromatic notes of light citrus, fresh cracked pepper, and juniper, with sweet orange, nutmeg, and rich black tea on the palate, and a long finish of cinnamon and fresh lemon zest.
Half Hitch builds its character through a combination of distillation and tinctures, layering classic gin botanicals with warm spice and a distinctive black-tea note for a complex, full-flavored small-batch gin.
