Guido Porro Langhe Nebbiolo DOC Camilu is crafted from 100% Nebbiolo grapes sourced from parcels within the prestigious Lazzarito cru in Serralunga d'Alba, Piedmont. Named after the former vineyard owner Camillo, this wine is made from younger, high-yielding vines from the legendary Lazzarito and Vigna Rionda crus. Hand-harvested in late September, grapes undergo traditional fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 20-25 days with long maceration. The wine ages 6-8 months in both cement tanks and stainless steel containers before bottling, creating an early-drinking Nebbiolo from premium Barolo sites.
