Made from ripe lemons grown on sustainable farms and preserved by freeze-drying, this 11.30 oz (320 g) jar of Grelim Lemon Powder keeps bright citrus flavor and many natural nutrients without added sugars, fillers, or artificial ingredients. It’s a lightweight, shelf-stable option for people who want lemon taste and a vitamin C boost without the hassle of squeezing fresh fruit daily.
How does Grelim Lemon Powder replace fresh lemons in recipes?
Grelim Lemon Powder reconstitutes quickly for drinks and adds concentrated lemon flavor to sauces, dressings and baking without extra moisture. Because it is freeze-dried, flavor and aroma are retained, so you get a close match to freshly squeezed lemons in both taste and acidity balance.
- Use 1–2 teaspoons per 8 oz of water to mimic lemonade intensity.
- Stir into vinaigrettes or marinades for a bright, measured citrus note.
- Mix into dry baking mixes for consistent lemon flavor without added liquid.
What are the nutritional and ingredient advantages?
This powder contains no fillers, no added sugar, and is gluten-free, vegan, and non-GMO. It retains natural vitamin C and antioxidants from the lemons, offering a flavorful alternative to sugary juice drinks while keeping calories low.
- Zero added sugar and typically ten calories or fewer per serving when mixed with water.
- Free from additives, fillers, and artificial colors or flavors.
- Suitable for vegan and gluten-free diets; made from 100% freeze-dried lemons.
How do I use Grelim Lemon Powder in everyday drinks and meals?
The powder dissolves easily in both cold and hot liquids, making it versatile for beverages, smoothies, glazes, and culinary uses. It’s handy for travel, camping, or pantry use where fresh lemons are unavailable or inconvenient.
- Blend into smoothies for a clean citrus lift without pulp or extra sugar.
- Add to sodas or sparkling water for instant flavored fizz with controlled sweetness.
- Sprinkle into sauces, dips, or rubs for concentrated lemon brightness.
How should I store and measure the powder for best results?
Keep the container tightly sealed in a cool, dry place to protect flavor and shelf life. Use small measuring spoons to control intensity—start with less and add to taste since freeze-dried lemon is concentrated compared with fresh juice.
- Reseal after each use and avoid humid environments to prevent clumping.
- Start with 1 teaspoon per cup of liquid; adjust upward for stronger flavor.
- Use within manufacturer-recommended timeframe after opening for peak aroma.
Who is this for: Grelim Lemon Powder is ideal for home cooks, bakers, bartenders, athletes, and travelers who want the convenience of long-lasting lemon flavor without cutting or squeezing fruit. It suits anyone managing sugar intake, following vegan or gluten-free diets, or needing a compact pantry ingredient that delivers consistent lemon taste and a natural vitamin C boost.
