Gregoletto is a family estate based in Premaor di Miane, near Valdobbiadene in the Veneto, with roots documented in the hills as viticoltori since the late 16th and early 17th century. The Colli Trevigiani Manzoni Bianco is made from Manzoni Bianco, a crossing of Riesling and Pinot Bianco created by Professor Luigi Manzoni in the 1920s and 30s. Grapes come from hillside vineyards in Premaor and Miane, are hand-harvested, softly pressed, and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel. The wine is aged on fine lees in stainless steel tank for 8 months before bottling.
