This cask-finished Green Spot spirit redefines traditional Irish whiskey production through its innovative maturation process. Aged for 12 months in French oak Zinfandel casks from Chateau Montelena, each drop is imbued with a delicate balance of fruity undertones and subtle spice that enhances its character and depth. The distinct barrel influence creates a pleasing harmony between sweet wine cask remnants and the inherent robust, aromatic notes of the whiskey.
With layers revealing hints of pomegranate, cranberries, and maraschino cherry, this whiskey unveils a smooth, inviting texture complemented by a gentle spice finish. Perfect for as a standalone indulgence or paired with your favorite evening ritual, this spirit offers a sophisticated addition to any curated collection.
