Gérard Bertrand Legend Vintage Rivesaltes 1969 is a natural sweet wine from AOP Rivesaltes in southern France. The source-bound authenticated supplier item and an independent exact-commerce variant jointly identify the 1969 vintage, UPC 812147021516, and single 750ml bottle at 16% ABV (32 proof). Gérard Bertrand names Grenache Noir, Grenache Gris, and Maccabeu as the grape varieties. The producer places the appellation across parts of the Pyrénées-Orientales and Aude, where granitic and gneissic sands, brown and black schists, and some red calcareous soils shape the vineyard landscape.
The producer describes an intense, refined nose with dried fruit, apricot, cherry brandy, blond tobacco, malt, rancio, and cocoa. Its palate is characterized as smooth, soft, and elegant, with spices, bitter orange, jammy fruit, and coffee. Suggested pairings include Roquefort, chocolate, and walnut cake. The exact official bottle image visibly carries the Legend Vintage Rivesaltes name and the 1969 designation on a clean white field. This listing is for one 750ml bottle; no case quantity is presented as a consumer package.
