nuKAF by Gourmanity is a 100% pure, caffeine-free instant chicory powder made in France, crafted as a robust coffee alternative rich in inulin prebiotic fiber.
nuKAF channels a century of family tradition from Hauts-de-France into an instant chicory drink that mimics the full, roasted character of coffee without caffeine. Each 7oz jar delivers finely ground chicory root powder that dissolves easily in hot water or milk, offering a satisfying warm beverage that can be enjoyed on its own, blended with coffee, or used as a flavoring ingredient in recipes.
How does nuKAF taste compared with regular coffee?
nuKAF has a deep, toasty profile with nutty, caramelized notes and a smooth finish that contrasts with coffee’s acidic brightness. It gives the sensation of a dark roast without the bitter edge common in over-extracted coffee.
- Full, rounded flavor with roasted and slightly sweet undertones
- Smoother, less acidic mouthfeel than many coffees
- Blends well with milk for creamy versions or with coffee to stretch and soften flavor
- Kosher-certified for dietary flexibility
What are the health-focused benefits and ingredients?
nuKAF is made from 100% pure chicory root powder and contains no caffeine, artificial additives, or fillers. Chicory root is a natural source of inulin, a soluble prebiotic fiber that helps feed beneficial gut bacteria.
- Single-ingredient: pure roasted chicory root powder
- High in inulin, a prebiotic fiber found in chicory
- Caffeine-free for evening or caffeine-sensitive use
- Produced and packaged in France under traditional methods
How should I prepare nuKAF for the best results?
Preparation is flexible—stir or whisk nuKAF into hot water or steamed milk until dissolved. For a latte-style drink, use hot milk or a frother; for an instant-style cup, dissolve the powder in just-boiled water and adjust strength to taste.
- Start with 1–2 teaspoons per 6–8 oz of hot water or milk, then adjust
- Mix vigorously or use a small whisk or frother for smoother texture
- Combine with brewed coffee to mellow intensity or use in recipes
- Serve hot or iced—dissolve in a small amount of hot liquid first when making cold drinks
Why choose nuKAF over other chicory powders or coffee substitutes?
nuKAF emphasizes traditional sourcing and careful roasting from Hauts-de-France, giving a reliably rich flavor profile and clean ingredient list. The jars are produced by Gourmanity with a century-long heritage, and each batch is crafted to deliver consistent taste and texture.
- Authentic French production and family-rooted tradition
- 100% pure chicory powder—no blends or fillers
- Kosher-certified and packaged for freshness in 7oz glass jars
- Versatile: drink alone, mix with coffee, or incorporate into recipes
Who is this for? nuKAF by Gourmanity is aimed at anyone seeking a caffeine-free coffee alternative with a bold, roasted character—perfect for evening drinkers, those reducing caffeine, or cooks and bakers looking to add a deep, roasted note to beverages and recipes. It also suits people who value simple ingredients, French artisanal production, and a product with prebiotic fiber from chicory root.
