The nose opens with honeycomb sweetness, green apple slices, and vanilla pod. Those lighter fruit tones shift into grapefruit and orange peel, along with soft herbal undertones. On the palate you’ll find toasted almonds and poached pears balanced by spice — think gentle chilli heat — and fresh pineapple followed by lemon peel. The finish is medium-bodied, lingering with citrus and a touch of aniseed. Best enjoyed neat in a tulip or Glencairn glass to capture the full aroma, or with a few drops of water to ease the intensity and let more fruit and spice show through.
