About Good Times: Folks at Good Times pride themselves on producing the true essence of bourbon. They source high-quality single barrels of new bourbon and rye whiskies beginning at the 5-year mark. They take these barrels and either bottle them as-is or finish them in a wide variety of barrels that accent the true beauty of the spirit.
They do not produce flavored whiskey. They make bourbons and ryes that are finished in various casks, adding layers and dimensions to the flavor profile that wouldn't otherwise be found in your typical spirits. The curation of barrels that play well with the notes found in the original spirit is their primary goal.
