Gonzalez Byass La Copa Extra Seco Vermouth 375ml is an extra dry Spanish vermouth produced in Jerez from a base of Fino sherry. Gonzalez Byass builds the recipe around seven botanicals: wormwood, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, orange peel, savory, and red fruits. The authenticated distributor record confirms this exact UPC as one 375ml glass bottle with a natural-cork closure, while the producer identifies the wine as a modern revival inspired by historic La Copa vermouth labels.
The profile is clean and intense, led by concentrated citrus aromas with dry herbal and balsamic notes. Wormwood and savory provide measured bitterness, while the red-fruit component supports a persistent finish without obscuring the Fino character. The producer describes the palate as dry, smooth, and distinctly herbal, with the sherry base remaining central from aroma through aftertaste. Serve it chilled as an aperitif, over ice with soda, or use it where an extra dry vermouth brings structure and botanical detail to a cocktail.
