Gold Ghost presents a captivating creation inspired by the spirit of adventure and the pursuit of hidden riches. This ripe and fruity "orange wine" is crafted from Albariño grapes and offers abundant floral aromas, ripe tropical fruit notes and enticing textures. The trendy term "orange wine" is simply a skin-contact white wine, meaning it has been fermented or briefly aged on its grape skins to gather texture, flavor, and color. After harvest, the Albariño grapes are pressed, and rather than separating the juice from the skins, they are left to mingle for seven days. After the wine is fermented at cool temperatures, it rests in contact with its sediment or "lees" for four months, revealing rich textures and an enchanting amber hue. If you've never tried an orange wine, Gold Ghost invites you to embark on a delicious journey into the unknown. Scroll through the image carousel above to learn more about this wine.
