Meet Daruma, a crisp and light-bodied non-alcoholic Japanese rice lager from Go Brewing. Brewed with rice as part of its minimalist approach, Daruma strips away the unnecessary to create a polished beer that's clean, dry and incredibly refreshing.
It's easy-drinking without being boring. Cereal and water cracker notes give the beer a subtle grain character, while a hint of stone fruit adds a touch of fruitiness. Subtle floral and citrus hop aromas keep things interesting without overpowering the clean, delicate character of the beer.
With medium carbonation and a clean, refreshing finish, Daruma is a great choice when you want something light, crisp and flavourful without alcohol.
The name Daruma reflects a Japanese symbol of perseverance and the philosophy of “fall down seven times, stand up eight.” Like the Daruma doll that serves as a steady reminder of your goals, this brew is a tribute to persistence and the people who keep going.
