Light, elegant, and quietly sophisticated — Glenkinchie Distillers Edition brings the gentle Lowland style into a richer dimension. This special release undergoes a second maturation in Amontillado-sherry seasoned casks, rounding the fresh barley, malt sweetness, and grassy freshness of the distillery with dry nutty notes and oak finesse. On the nose, you’ll find crisp grape-skin brightness and honeyed malt; the palate offers biscuit sweetness, dried fruit, and an undercurrent of oak dryness; the finish lingers long with subtle pepper and dry oak. Ideal for those looking for a Scotch that is refined rather than bombastic — smooth, well-balance,d and poised for contemplation.
