Giuseppe Quintarelli established his estate during a sixty-year career, and the winery continues at the Quintarelli home in the hills north of Verona. The wine is produced in Veneto from Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella. Grapes are selected, then left to slowly dehydrate on racks in a custom-built ventilated loft above the home, pressed around Christmastime, fermented largely dry, then aged for many years in large Slavonian oak casks.
