Gin Mare Capri Gin
Gin Mare Capri is a limited-edition Mediterranean gin crafted to celebrate the brand’s 10th anniversary. Distilled in a coastal chapel near Barcelona, it blends traditional botanicals with citrus from the Sorrento Peninsula. The gin includes Italian bergamot, Capri lemons, rosemary, thyme, basil and Arbequina olives.
Each botanical is distilled separately using traditional methods, then blended to preserve its character. The result is a smooth gin with a savoury, herbal backbone. It is suitable for vegetarians and offers a refined take on the Mediterranean gin style.
- Gin Mare Capri Gin opens with fragrant notes of thyme, basil and rosemary over citrus peel and soft juniper.
- The palate is bright and zesty with bergamot, lemon, olive and a subtle herbal warmth.
- Finishes long and elegant with a velvety texture and lingering citrus and herbs.
Pairs beautifully with grilled fish, soft cheeses and pasta with lemon or herbs.
