Process & Profile
Garrison Brothers Honeydew Cask Strength Single Barrel Double Waxed Dipped Limited Edition 128.5 Proof is a bold Texas bourbon that takes the sweet, honey-finished profile of Garrison Brothers HoneyDew and delivers it at full cask strength intensity. Bottled at 128.5 proof, this limited single barrel expression brings together rich Texas bourbon character, concentrated oak, warm spice, and a deep honey finish.
Garrison Brothers HoneyDew is made by taking used bourbon barrel wood, cutting it into small cubes, and allowing those cubes to absorb honey before they are placed into bourbon for finishing. That process gives the whiskey its signature honeyed profile while keeping the foundation rooted in Texas straight bourbon. At cask strength, the flavors become bigger, richer, and more layered, offering notes of wildflower honey, caramelized sugar, toasted oak, dark spice, vanilla, and baked fruit.
The double wax dipped presentation gives this bottle an added collector’s appeal, making it a standout release for fans of Garrison Brothers, Texas bourbon, honey-finished whiskey, and limited single barrel selections.
