The Hapi Sessions this year featured a series of pen pal collaborations with breweries at the top of their game, each beer showcasing a different hop forward style in a playful freestyle interpretation of one of the beers that helped to make each brewery famous.
Orange County cool kids Green Cheek riff on their California IPA style, breathing fresh life and fresh hops into a dry take on the West Coast classic. A super light, bright malt base supports clean bold bitterness and huge waves of Mosaic, Strata and harvest fresh Nelson Sauvin from Freestyle Farms.
