Arturo Fuente Don Carlos Personal Reserve – The Private Blend of Carlos Fuente Sr.
The Arturo Fuente Don Carlos Personal Reserve is one of the rarest and most prestigious cigars in the Fuente portfolio. Known as the “Don Carlos Senior Blend”, this masterpiece was crafted exclusively for Carlos Fuente Sr., patriarch of the Fuente family, and only later shared with the public in limited quantities to celebrate his 80th birthday and the 30th anniversary of the legendary Don Carlos line.
Handmade at the renowned Tabacalera A. Fuente y Cia in the Dominican Republic, the Don Carlos Personal Reserve takes the acclaimed Don Carlos blend to an even higher level of refinement. Wrapped in a silky medium-brown leaf with flawless construction, this cigar offers a smooth draw, dense ash, and impeccable burn—hallmarks of Fuente quality.
The flavor profile is elegant yet complex. Expect rich notes of caramel, cocoa, sweet vanilla, and citrus, balanced by a touch of pepper and spice on the retrohale. Medium-bodied and smooth, the Personal Reserve delivers an exquisite harmony of sweetness and spice that showcases why this blend was the personal favorite of Carlos Fuente Sr. himself.
Beautifully presented in limited-edition boxes, the Don Carlos Personal Reserve is both a collector’s treasure and a must-smoke for any serious cigar aficionado.
