France Gonzalvez Le Grand Bain 2023 is a pétillant naturel made from Gamay grown in the French Alps. The wine follows the ancestral method—bottled before fermentation completes, allowing the wine to finish in bottle and capture its own natural carbonation. France Gonzalvez, who relocated from Beaujolais to her native Savoie in 2020, ferments using indigenous yeasts and adds no dosage or additional sulfites. Labeled as Vin de France, France Gonzalvez Le Grand Bain reflects the producer's playful approach to natural winemaking. The name translates to "the big plunge"—fitting for this effervescent, unfiltered sparkler.
