The Tabernacle Knight Commander Limited Release by Foundation Cigars is a powerful, ultra-premium cigar crafted to honor Nicholas Melillo’s investiture as a Knight Commander of the Ethiopian Imperial Guard—an honor bestowed by Prince Ermias Sahle Selassie, the great-grandson of Emperor Haile Selassie I. This regal cigar is more than a smoke—it's a symbol of cultural legacy, nobility, and masterful blending.
Handmade in Nicaragua at AJ Fernandez’s factory, the Knight Commander features a dark, oily Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro wrapper, a Mexican San Andrés binder, and a rich core of aged Nicaraguan long-fillers. Full-bodied yet remarkably smooth, this 6 3/4" x 52 box-pressed perfecto delivers an opulent profile of espresso, dark chocolate, leather, black pepper, and molasses, wrapped in impeccable construction and slow-burning performance.
Only 700 boxes are released each year during the fall months.
