Produced in Akita Prefecture, Japan, at the Akita Distillery using mountain spring water sourced from the Ōu Mountains.

Macerated for seven days with botanicals including Japanese yuzu, juniper berries, licorice root, angelica, coriander, and matcha tea. Only the infused spirit is distilled (no botanicals in the vapor), and it’s diluted post-distillation using pure spring water. Bottled at 43% ABV, limited edition release.
