Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin is a naturally indigo gin layering cool cucumber and bright lemon over Empress 1908's signature botanical base — colored by butterfly pea blossom, which shifts hue when mixed with citrus or tonic.
Empress 1908 is known for its striking natural indigo color, drawn from butterfly pea blossom rather than any artificial dye — and for the way that color shifts toward pink and lavender when acidity or tonic is added. The Cucumber Lemon expression builds on that signature base with fresh, cooling cucumber and zesty lemon, making an especially crisp, refreshing gin for spritzes and highballs.
