Elie Bleu has long been revered as the premier artisan of luxury humidors, handcrafting each masterpiece in their Parisian workshop with unmatched dedication to beauty, tradition, and precision. The "El Secadero" humidor is a tribute to the soul of cigar culture, capturing the rustic charm of traditional tobacco drying barns through exquisite French marquetry.
Crafted as part of a limited edition of only 199 pieces, this is number 106/199, a true collector’s item. The exterior features a stunning mosaic of approximately 480 individual wood pieces, all natural and untreated, sourced from ten noble species including Amara ebony, ziricote, sycamore, and padauk. Each element is meticulously hand-inlaid, requiring over 8 weeks of labor by Elie Bleu’s skilled artisans.
Inside, the humidor is lined with Spanish cedar and equipped with a needle hygrometer and a humidification system, ensuring ideal storage for up to 75 cigars. Its rich, warm tones and detailed front panel design bring the feeling of a Cuban drying house, complete with miniature ladders, hanging leaves, and barn doors, to life.
A true testament to craftsmanship, this humidor forms part of the broader "El Secadero" collection, which also includes matching limited edition table lighters and ashtrays, all celebrating the history and romance of the cigar.
Whether as the centerpiece of a serious collection or a gift for the discerning aficionado, the "El Secadero" humidor offers timeless artistry and perfect functionality, a genuine piece of Havana, right at home.
