El Enemigo As Bravas Cordon El Cepillo Malbec
An exceptional Argentine red crafted by Bodegas Aleanna, the acclaimed project founded by Alejandro Vigil and Adrianna Catena. Sourced from the Cordon El Cepillo vineyard in the Uco Valley, this distinctive Malbec incorporates a small proportion of Semillon and undergoes extended maturation in large oak foudres followed by bottle ageing. The result is a refined, mineral-driven expression with remarkable complexity and ageing potential.
- Deep ruby with violet highlights.
- Complex aromas of ripe black fruit, forest undergrowth, tobacco and warming spice.
- Juicy yet structured, revealing dark berries, mineral freshness and vibrant acidity with elegant tannins.
- Long, savoury and persistent with notes of spice and earthy sophistication.
Pairs beautifully with beef fillet, grilled ribeye or slow-cooked lamb dishes.
