Edmond Briottet Crème de Mûre Blackberry Liqueur 700ml is a French artisanal fruit liqueur made by Maison Briottet in Dijon. The producer uses a high-quality natural blackberry flavoring sourced from the berry, then adds a small amount of grape-derived anthocyanin to give the liqueur its deep color without adding grape flavor. This exact single-bottle format contains 700 mL and is bottled at 18% ABV / 36 proof.
The blackberry character is intense yet subtle, with a concentrated berry profile suited to measured cocktail use. Maison Briottet recommends serving Crème de Mûre with dry white wine, Crémant de Bourgogne, Champagne, or over ice. It is also the fruit component in a Bramble, where blackberry liqueur is combined with gin, lemon juice, and cane-sugar syrup. The bottle’s dark liqueur, clear shoulders, black closure, and white Crème de Mûre label distinguish it from the other fruit liqueurs in the Briottet range.
