Edmond Briottet Crème de Banane Liqueur 700ml is a French banana fruit liqueur from Maison Briottet in Dijon, France, a house founded in 1836. The producer makes it with real banana juice and uses a blend of different banana varieties. The exact bottle label identifies Dijon, France and 25% ABV (50 proof), while the authenticated supplier record binds this listing to one 700ml glass bottle.
The profile is centered on ripe banana rather than a candy-like flavor, with the fruit’s strong aroma carried through the finished liqueur. Briottet recommends it primarily for cocktails as a source of ripe banana flavor. It also pairs naturally with chocolate desserts and can stand in for rum in selected dessert recipes. The pale golden liqueur is shown in Briottet’s tall clear bottle with its white Crème de Banane label, black closure, and embossed glass.
