Bundle includes:
- ECM Technika VI Dual Boiler Espresso Machine w/ PID
- DF64 Gen 2.5 Single Dose Coffee Grinder (Black), with your choice of Stainless Steel or Red Titanium burrs
Pair a commercial-grade dual-boiler machine with the DF64 Gen 2.5, a single-dose grinder with a blower hopper that clears the chamber after every dose. The ECM Technika VI heats both of its boilers at the same time, and its Fast Heat-Up mode has it ready to brew in about 11 minutes, with PID control on both boilers for precise temperatures. The DF64 Gen 2.5 adds 64 mm flat burrs and stepless grind adjustment. Choose stainless steel burrs or the Red Titanium burr upgrade when you order.
FEATURES
- Dual-Boiler System - Both boilers heat simultaneously, so you can brew and steam at the same time without temperature compromise.
- Fast Heat-Up Mode - Gets the machine ready to brew in approximately 11 minutes.
- PID Temperature Control - Precise digital temperature management for both boilers ensures consistent extraction.
- Active & Passive Pre-Infusion - Adjustable pre-infusion modes help saturate the puck evenly for improved flavour extraction.
- 64mm Flat Burrs - The DF64 Gen 2.5 grinds with 64 mm flat burrs, driven by a 250 W motor at 1400 RPM.
- Stepless Adjustment - Unlimited grind settings with the stepless adjustment ring.
- Blower & Anti-Popcorn Lid - The blower hopper clears the grinding chamber for very low retention, and the lid keeps beans from popping out.
- 58mm Dosing Cup Included - Keeps dosing tidy and matches the machine's 58 mm portafilter.
