Duellum Classic Gin is an artisanal craft spirit produced in small batches in Jalisco, Mexico. Triple distilled in copper pot stills using a grain neutral base, this expression delivers an extra-dry, traditional London Dry style. The botanical recipe relies on classic elements—wild juniper berries, coriander seed, and angelica root—crafted with a crisp, bone-dry profile that balances resinous pine notes with subtle herbal undertones.
Food Pairing: Fresh seafood, ceviche, citrus salads, soft cheeses, and light tapas.
Tasting Notes: Crystal clear and bright in appearance with a crisp, clean, and elegant mouthfeel.
Nose: Fresh and direct up front, dominated by resinous pine juniper, followed by subtle citrus nuances, cracked coriander, and earthy angelica root.
Palate: Bone-dry, balanced, and sophisticated on the palate, opening with defined juniper needle and peppery spice, balancing into light herbal undertones and a soft grain backbone.
Finish: Persistent, clean, and dry with lingering notes of pine resin, earthy roots, and a crisp botanical closure.
Serve: Serve over ice topped with premium Indian tonic water, garnished with a fresh citrus twist, or build into a classic Dry Martini or Negroni.
