Process & Profile
Drumshanbo Brazilian Pineapple Gunpowder Irish Gin is a tropical-inspired limited edition from The Shed Distillery in County Leitrim, Ireland. This vibrant expression infuses the signature botanical base of Drumshanbo Gunpowder Gin—including gunpowder green tea, makrut lime, and oriental grapefruit—with the sweet, sun-ripened flavor of Brazilian pineapple (Ananas comosus). Distilled slowly in copper pot stills, this gin balances exotic citrus, earthy botanicals, and tropical fruit into a refreshing, modern twist on the original.
