89 points, Cigar Authority
The Drew Estate Undercrown Maduro Belicoso is a masterfully crafted, tapered vitola engineered to concentrate the rich, complex characteristics of the Undercrown blend. The sharp, pointed Belicoso head allows the smoker to customise their cut, giving them direct control over the draw resistance and channelling a dense, highly aromatic stream of smoke onto the palate.
This specific vitola is physically designed to offer an exceptionally cool, balanced burn over its duration. Its complex blend features a dark, sweet Mexican San Andrés Otapan Negro Último Corte wrapper, held together by a highly robust Connecticut River Valley Habano binder. Filled with select Brazilian Mata Fina and Nicaraguan Cuban-seed long-fillers, this 6-inch Belicoso provides a deeply satisfying, medium-to-full-bodied smoking timeline that evolves with remarkable grace.
