The Drew Estate Nica Rustica Shade Gordo (5" x 66) is a large-ring premium smoke built for those who love thick plumes of creamy, flavorful smoke. Handmade in Estelí, Nicaragua, this Gordo combines Drew Estate’s rustic, authentic style with the mellow elegance of a Connecticut Shade wrapper, making it a standout in the world of big-ring cigars.
Wrapped in an Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade leaf and bound with rich Mexican binder tobacco, the Nica Rustica Shade Gordo packs Nicaraguan, Pennsylvania, and Dominican fillers that deliver hearty flavor without overpowering strength. The construction is flawless, ensuring an even burn and smooth draw throughout this wide 66-ring experience.
Flavor notes include creamy vanilla, toasted bread, roasted nuts, and sweet cedar, balanced by undertones of leather, espresso, and a hint of pepper on the finish. The Drew Estate Nica Rustica Shade Gordo produces clouds of aromatic smoke, making it a great choice for sharing at gatherings or savoring during long sessions.
For smokers looking to buy large-ring Drew Estate cigars, the Nica Rustica Shade Gordo is a top contender. Pair it with bold coffee, aged rum, or a malty stout to match its size and complexity. This is a cigar that delivers a full sensory experience and belongs in any serious collection.
