The Liga Privada series struck a chord with cigar smokers when it first appeared on the market, and ten years later, it was one of the most sought-after cigar collections on the market. To mark 10 years of Liga Privada excellence, the all-star Drew Estate team created the Liga Privada 10 Aniversario Toro, an unforgettably rich and complex jewel.
The Liga Privada 10 Aniversario Toro is a 6” x 52 stick featuring a unique Cola de Pescado head and uncut Pies Tapado foot. The cigar uses an experimental Criollo hybrid wrapper leaf cultivated in the Connecticut River Valley. Underneath is a Mexican San Andres Otapan Negro Ultimo Corte binder and a collection of bold filler tobaccos from Nicaragua and Honduras.
The Liga Privada 10 Aniversario Toro unleashes a rich, full-bodied smoke with hefty earth and pepper flavors. Savory coffee bean, leather, cedar, and cocoa notes ease along the palate throughout. A subtle sweetness balances the Liga Privada 10 Aniversario Toro’s more vigorous notes on the backend. The grand finale is complex and satisfying.
The Liga Privada 10 Aniversario Toro is a fitting celebration for one of today’s most cherished brands. These bold and intensely flavorful yet sumptuously smooth smokes are limited to 10,000 cigars, so don’t wait to enjoy these masterfully crafted treasures.
