Don Papa Baroko Rum
Don Papa Baroko Rum, crafted on the lush island of Negros, Philippines. Using the finest local sugarcane and ageing in American oak barrels for a unique character that blends tradition with innovation.
- Don Papa Baroko Rum had bold notes of sweet vanilla honeyed tropical fruit, and a subtle hint of citrus zest
- A smooth, velvety finish, perfectly balanced
Inspired by the story of Dionisio Magbuelas, affectionately called “Don Papa”. A legendary foreman who played a key role in the Philippine revolution against Spanish colonisers in the late 19th century. His spirit of independence and resilience lives on in every bottle.
The intricate bottle artwork, created by talented Filipino artist David Brunning, is a visual feast that captures the lush, tropical beauty and rich biodiversity of the island. It’s a masterpiece that reflects the whimsical, free-spirited nature of the rum itself.
