Don Julio Añejo Tequila is a hallmark of refined agave craftsmanship—smooth, honeyed, and warmly oak-kissed. It’s rich yet balanced, offering a luxurious sipping experience that bridges traditional character with contemporary polish.
Origins & Craftsmanship
Produced in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, Don Julio Añejo is crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the nutrient-rich red clay soils surrounding Atotonilco El Alto. The agave piñas are slow-roasted in traditional masonry ovens before being double-distilled in small copper pot stills. The tequila then rests for 18 months in American white oak barrels, developing a deep amber hue and complex layering of flavors. Founded in 1942 by Don Julio González, the distillery revolutionized tequila production by prioritizing quality over volume—an ethos that continues to define the brand’s signature elegance.
This is a 375 ml "half bottle"
