Domaine Les Monts Fournois Vallée Premier Cru is a Champagne known for its meticulous vineyard and cellar work, resulting in a wine that balances finesse and depth. It's a blend of Pinot Noir (70%), Chardonnay (20%), and Pinot Meunier (10%), aged extensively on the lees (75 months for the CellarTracker described version). The wine offers a complex profile, with notes of spiced golden apple, Mirabelle, and ripe yellow fruit evolving into darker red berry notes. It's praised for its powerful, textural character, typical of extended lees aging, and for its well-integrated acidity.
