Domaine Gerard Thomas Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Murgers Dents De Chien Gift Boxed
Domaine Gerard Thomas Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Murgers Dents de Chien is a beautifully balanced white Burgundy from one of the Côte de Beaune’s most consistent and high-quality villages, presented in a refined Secret Bottle Shop gift box.
While less famous than its neighbours, Saint-Aubin is regarded as one of Burgundy’s top-performing communes, with nearly three-quarters of its vineyards classified as Premier Cru and wines celebrated for their clarity, quality and exceptional value. Barrel fermented, 25% new oak is used followed by ten months in cask during which time regular lees stirring adds a good depth of flavour. Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans.
- The nose is fresh and layered, offering aromas of citrus zest, white peach and subtle floral notes, underpinned by flinty minerality.
- The palate is taut and energetic, revealing lemon curd, ripe orchard fruit and delicate oak influence
- Balanced by vibrant acidity and a long, saline finish.
A refined and age-worthy white Burgundy, this Premier Cru Saint-Aubin is ideal for corporate gifting, special celebrations or for Burgundy lovers seeking a wine of finesse. Enjoy alongside poultry, grilled fish and soft cheeses.
