Produced by Argentina's leading organic winery, the Bousquet Reserve Malbec is a testament to the family's French heritage and the exceptional terroir of the Uco Valley. Sourced from estate vineyards at an altitude of 1,200 meters, the grapes benefit from significant diurnal temperature swings that ensure fully ripened fruit with excellent natural acidity. The winemaking involves a cold maceration followed by aging for 6 to 10 months in French oak barrels to impart a subtle elegance. The result is a deep violet wine with rich aromas of blackberry, plum, and red berries, layered with notes of chocolate and tobacco, finishing with silky tannins and a persistent, flavorful length.
