The most common home espresso size.
Chances are this is the one. 58mm is the standard portafilter size on most home espresso machines, if you're not sure which size you need, this is the more likely fit. A good tamper presses your coffee grounds into the basket evenly before the water goes through, which makes a real difference to how your espresso tastes.
Solid aluminium, flat base, easy to grip. Heavy enough that a firm, even press doesn't take much effort. Simple, durable, does exactly what it needs to.
The details

Good if you… have a home espresso machine and want to tamp your coffee properly. If your machine didn't come with a tamper, or the one it came with feels too light, this is a solid, reliable replacement.
Between 51mm and 58mm and genuinely not sure? Go for 58mm, it's the more common size for home machines. Check the underside of your portafilter basket or your machine's manual if you want to be certain.
