Description/Winemaker's Notes
Crafted from grapes grown on the renowned St. David’s Bench, this Dean’s List Riesling showcases the purity and precision that Niagara does best.
Tasting Notes
Pale lemon in colour, the nose bursts with bright peach, green pear, and a hint of citrus blossom. On the palate, crisp green apple and fresh grapefruit take the lead, backed by lively acidity and a subtle thread of minerality. Balanced, vibrant, and refreshingly dry, this is a wine with both immediate charm and serious cellaring potential.
Pairing Suggestions
Perfect with Thai green curry, citrus-marinated grilled shrimp, or a crisp arugula and goat cheese salad.
