Our Zumachi Decaf coffee is proof that you don't have to compromise on flavour for a good night's sleep. This is a delicious and vibrant decaf coffee that delivers on taste, day or night. Using a natural sugarcane-based process, this decaf preserves all of the original character and sweetness of a well-balanced Colombian coffee.
We chose the natural EA process because it allows the coffee to be decaffeinated in-country in Colombia, preserving its unique flavour profile. This process uses a naturally occurring compound to gently remove the caffeine while leaving behind the delicious notes of brown sugar, raspberry jam, and orange. The result is a sweet, clean, and well-balanced cup that is genuinely delicious.
