Daschbosch Avon Clairette Blanche
Avon Winery resides on the untamed slopes of Olifantsberg Mountain within the Breedekloof Valley. In 1977, Clairette Blanche bush vines were courageously planted, their legacy nearly forgotten until more than four decades, until lovingly revived. Handcrafting this wine with minimal intervention. Allowing the fruits of these once-neglected, unirrigated old bush vines to eloquently express their singular origin and character.
- This wine enchants with delicate aromatics, unveiling notes of lychee intertwined with hints of greengage and citrus fruits
- On the palate, it offers a textured experience. Flavours of baked apricots and ripe citrus fruits dancing gracefully across the tongue
- A smooth, seductive finish completes the sensory journey, leaving a lasting impression of its allure
Daschbosch Avon Clairette Blanche is a perfect companion to zesty salads, light meat dishes and even seasonal seafood options.
