Cutwater spirits is a craft distillery based in San Diego, California. It is known for its bold, experimental approach and its focus on quality. Cutwater makes a wide range of spirits. You will find whiskeys, vodka, gin, rums, tequilas and liqueurs. Many of these spirits also go into its line of canned cocktails. The team keeps trying new ideas and adding to the range.
Devil’s Share Bourbon whiskey is one of the standout spirits Cutwater makes. It is a smooth take on a classic American spirit. It also honors the long history of bourbon, and it has won many awards. To make it, Cutwater picks only the heart of each small batch. That is the best middle part of the run. The bourbon then ages in new, heavily charred American oak barrels. The result is a rich, refined bourbon whiskey. On the nose, you get vanilla, oak, cinnamon and tobacco. The palate is smooth, with a robust, earthy flavor. Creamy caramel and vanilla come through as well. That creamy feel carries into a spicy finish with a warming heat. Sip Cutwater Spirits Devil's Share Bourbon Whiskey neat or on the rocks.
